Complaint Regarding Missing Stroller and Lack of Assistance at the Airport

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the experience I had upon arrival from my recent flight with Eurowings. After landing, I was unable to locate my baby’s stroller, and unfortunately, there was no staff available to help or provide any clear information about where it could be found. I was left searching for nearly an hour, carrying my child and luggage, with no support or guidance from your team. I would also like to highlight that I was traveling alone, with a small child, while pregnant — which made the entire experience even more exhausting and stressful. The lack of organization and complete disregard for the needs of passengers, especially those in vulnerable situations, was truly disappointing and unacceptable. I kindly ask you to take this matter seriously and inform me of the actions you intend to take to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future. I look forward to your response.

Stosunkowo małe lotnisko, ale sprawna i miła obsługa. W sezonie mało miejsc do siedzenia, bywa tłoczno w poczekalniach.

Słabe małe lotnisko, stare rozwalające się sciany, toalety brudne nie zamykajace się drzwi, pełno ludzi, brak sklepów, czy kawiarni dla tylu ludzi. nie polecam
