Just terrible, very bulying

Flight late. The Stanstead airport staff are fucking fascist, the guy has taken all my cosmetics, even toothpaste, just because it couldn’t be placed in one transparent bad and zipped. He was bullying me 25 min. even no of the bottles exceeded 100mm. Never agein trip from Stansted.

the service staff at Stansted Airport were terribly impolite and rude. They made us pay 120 pounds for a hand bag /which is included in the price/, given that we had traveled to London 2 days earlier with the same luggage /backpack/. On top of that, they didn't give us any expense document or any explanation why we had to pay this money. The service employee didn't show us any ID and introduced herself only as MICHELLE, a Ryanair employee from Stansted Airport.

Very slow going through security

If possible, please take action on this. I paid for a round-trip flight ticket with checked baggage. At the security check, they took important items out of my bag because it was not possible to take them on the plane. They could have said that this

You don't know exactly where to put your checked luggage, besides that when you get to leave your backpack and they check you in they don't tell you anything about that luggage being bigger and being for the hold, after I got to the gate, there was a delay of almost an hour until they opened the gate, and after I stood in one queue I get there and they tell me that that queue is only for those with priority, besides that I sit in the other queue and when it's my turn they tell me that the luggage is very big and I have to pay £60 and besides that I didn't have money in my account I called a friend and the one at the gate refused to try with the card again, this is unacceptable, the woman at the gate, I can't call her a lady, spoke to me in a very phlegmatic way with a high-class personality as if she wanted me to miss the plane, she kept me there at the gate until she had to wait for the plane after me, after I ran to the plane, she started laughing with her colleague
